Payment: Visa, AMX, Discover, MasterCard, and JCB/Diners credit cards are accepted. Personal Checks and Money Orders are accepted, but are held until both forms of payment clear the bank.

Packaging: All items are packaged in their original box and placed in shipping boxes.

Shipping: ALL items are shipped within the United States via First Class Mail with Confirmation. The shipping methods vary. If you live in the U.S.A. Priority mail with tracking (this usually costs no more than $5). Overseas shipping method is Federal Express. The cost can run between $10 to $30 US Dollars (depending on distance and weight). If you would like insurance, please request it at the time of purchase as we will not be responsible for anything damaged in shipment.

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us. That's why everything sold on BeadsofLife.com is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for any reason, within 7 days of the purchase date. You will need to ship it to us with CONFIRMATION (first class mail with confirmation is about $3.50) and you will need to include an additional $3.50 with your item so that we may ship it back to you.

Bracelet sizes: Our bracelets fit an average wrist size (7inches to 8.5 inches) if a smaller or larger size is needed we can adjust them.

Resizing: Please expect it to take an additional three to five days to receive your bracelet. Resizing time is difficult since the bracelet has to be completely taken apart and then rebuilt. You will need to ship it to us with CONFIRMATION (first class mail with confirmation is about $3.50) and you will need to include an additional $3.50 with your item so that we may ship it back to you. •

Custom Work: We do make custom pieces. Please send us an email with specifications so that you may be provided with a quote. After payment has been received, we will order necessary items that we currently do not have in stock (crystals, specific pieces, charms etc) and then provide you with an expected shipping date. These items are ordered SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR CUSTOM PIECE. Each custom piece is made just for you, which is why we do NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges on custom pieces.

Repairs: General repairs can be easily fixed within the first 14 days after purchase (free of charge). You will need to ship it to us with CONFIRMATION (first class mail with confirmation is about $3.50) and you will need to include an additional $3.50 with your item so that we may ship it back to you. After 14 days, we will still fix the bracelet, but there is a service fee of $25.00.
